On an’ on anon it goes… now back on again (November’s monthly update)

Dear folks,

I hope this finds you safe and well. I’m good at breaking rules. Mostly my own. The latest is my decision to leave Facebook, and like a lover, flouncing off, screeching “I’ll never come back”, I’ve found myself, albeit after a couple of spacious weeks, creeping back to check once in a while and now have even put up posts on what’s going on. It’s hilarious how hard it is to leave. The frailty of the human feels real.

On a lighter note, I have a tour of Auld Lang Syne in January! Six gigs so far: Perth, Aberdeenshire, Borders, Dumfries and Galloway – so I’m really looking forward to that (ticket links to follow in the next monthly update). And we have four more Campbell’s Ceilidhs to go this year – hope to see you at one of them.

Lismore’s calling and I shall relocate to the ‘Great Garden’ for the next 6 months, making that my new lifestyle. 6 months here, 6 months there… aaaaannnnd breathe.

More below…

Take care,
Mairi x
