Hi folks,

I’ve been swimming a few times in the sea in Portobello, five minutes’ walk from the house. Last month I got stung by a jellyfish – nothing serious but it freaked me out and put me off till now. Keep reading to hear more about the trip to Cape Breton, the Pendulum Band at the upcoming Trad Awards, Soil and Soul, and some upcoming gigs.

Thank you all for your continuing support and as they say…

Keep the heid (translation: Don’t lose the head. Stay calm).

M x
