| Hi folks, I’m visiting Toronto, Brockville and Halifax in March to play my show Pulse, plus some concerts and workshops. I was working on Pulse this week in a local church hall and getting back into the story and all the characters. It was fun finding Margaret Bennet and Minnie McMaster again. I so appreciate those two women in my life. Margaret encouraged me to visit Cape Breton back in 1990 and Minnie and Alex shared with me their collection of fiddle music, recorded over many decades. If you’re in the vicinity, really hope to see you. In other news, the Pendulum Band gig last Saturday was amazing. We worked long hours but it paid off and a lot of folk thought it was polished and potent. Some fantastic audience comments: “It was fabulous! Just breathtaking… lifts the soul” Oonagh O Brian.
